Producenti është i detyruar:
a) që në kreditet e prezantimit dhe të mbylljes së filmit, të shfaqë Logon e Qendrës, sipas formatit të përcaktuar.
b) të shkruajë në jo më pak se katër (4) sekonda në titrat e hapjes së filmit:
“ME FINANCIMIN E QENDRËS KOMBËTARE TË KINEMATOGRAFISË”
c) në gjithë materialin publicitar të filmit si postera, fletë palosje, ftesa, spote televizive apo në media, të përmendë pjesëmarrjen e Qendrës në mënyrë të qartë (jo konvencionale).
The Producer is obliggated:
a) to include the ANCC’s logo at the opening and closing film credits.
b) to have appear not less than four (4) seconds during the film’s opening credits:
“WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE ALBANIAN NATIONAL CENTER OF CINEMATOGRAPHY”
c) to mention clearly the ANCC’s financial support in all promotional materials of the film, such as posters, leaflets, invitations, media, TV spots etc.
